Finally someone has had the sense to organise a comp where you dont have to be there at 9am if you are not fighting until 7pm!

The Britsh open Gi comp was very well organised, this one is organised by the same peeps, I reckon it could be a good'un!

hi everyone! Be back soon but thought i'd let people know what ive been up to. My idea of training at every gym i found didn't quite happen......mainly because i live 150 metres away from universal mma...also they changed instructers alot, and changed from Carlsons to Ricksons overnight so the gyms came to me! sort of.. Anyway Shane Rice took over who is one of Ricksons main instructors who has moved back to vancouver, he is a good guy and competed at a high level. He has been instructing for the majority of the time i have been there. Tried to go train min 4 times a week plus wrestling on sats depending on how many monster trees i have been climbing! Gonna miss vancouver cos its amazing, but i am looking forward to being back on the mats with you lot.

I used to train with Ricardo and Rodrigo and Tim at LSE 2-3 years ago..I'm coming back to London for a year and i can't wait to start training with you guys again!!! THough i had a knee surgery last year, i'm pretty excited and can't wait to see you guys again !!! Hope you are all ok !!!
