Inter Club Competition

Its that time of year again! Can you believe it was a year ago that we had the last competition?

Saturday 20th December at the Epsom club there will be a no-gi competition open to all Nova Forca members.

There will be 4 categories:

Novice under 80kgs
Novice over 80kgs
Advanced under 80kgs
Advanced under 80kgs

Entry will be £15 and there will be prizes!

1st place prize will be a gi
2nd place prize are supplements
3rd place prize will be t-shirts/shorts

Once victory or defeat on the mats is over we will be having the xmas do...location has yet to be decided!

What is the definition of novice/advanced?

Not sure.

You'll have to ask the boss tonight.

I'm assuming that sine you are a blue belt you def qualify as advanced!

Think Tim's right... blues count as advanced, Paul.

For some reason I thought it it might be 2 years experience however i'm not bothered either way, in fact you 2 better watch out if you are right as I plan to be taking home that u80kg gi!!!

Is it possible to have a list of rules or are they the same as a gi comp?

hi i have only been training for 6 months but l was going to have a go at comp but had to pull out due to injury cant even train for a while totally gutted mick (esher)

pfft.... WTF is the deal with the tape anyway???? Last time I checked we were in the so called "digital age"

Right this is the first tape very roughly edited. I'm off for at least a week because of the knee operation I've just had. I will be at home all day, every day next week so if anyone that lives anywhere near me could drop the other tape over I can get that one up too. If you can do it give me a shout and I'll send you my address.
