Competition Video Part 1

I know everyone really wants to see the competition video so I've just uploaded the first tape with some very rough editing. Hopefully I get the second tape soon and I'll get that one up too as well as a nicely edited version in the near future.

Yeah fine mate, no problems and it looks like it's healing quickly too. They shaved of some loose cartilage and checked the ligiments are fine which I'm thankful for. Should be back in 2/3 weeks.

Glad to hear things went well and there was no ligament damage! Now lets see if you can manage to stay under 85 kilos and not trade all your cardio for pies, eh!!!!

Thankfully I managed to drop to 80kg before the op and my girlfriend is on a health kick so I should be able to keep the weight off a little more than usual!
